TO BUILD A HOME
Choreographer: M’Kayla Kongnetiman
Performed by: Fancy Footwork Dance Project
Dancers: M’Kayla Kongnetiman, Josie Walbridge & Joss Mathewson
Music: To Build A Home by The Cinematic Orchestra & Patrick Watson
To Build A Home explores the idea that music lives in all of us, expressed through our bodies in ways that are deeply personal, ever-changing, and uniquely our own. This work invites everyone to consider music as something that lives within the human experience itself, in the steady rhythm of a heartbeat, the rise and fall of breath, and the patterns that shape how we move through the world.
